About Therapy & Coaching
I provide a safe, collaborative, and flexible space that respects your individuality and supports meaningful growth. Whether through therapy or coaching, my goal is to help you identify obstacles, build clarity, and develop practical tools for real change.
Therapy focuses on emotional well-being, patterns, and mental health.
Coaching focuses on goals, performance, accountability, and forward movement.
Both are tailored to your needs and based on a supportive, non-judgmental partnership.
My Approach
I draw from evidence-based methods that blend structure with compassion, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to understand and shift unhelpful thought patterns
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness tools for emotional regulation
Stress-reduction and performance psychology strategies to support focus, recovery, identity, and balance—especially for athletes and high performers
Strengths-based approaches that build on what already works
Early sessions often focus on understanding what brings you in and setting clear, realistic goals. From there, we work collaboratively to build tools and strategies that support lasting, meaningful growth.
